Startup Idea: Tag-Based Highly Organizational Note Taking Application

Startup idea to develop a clean, highly organizational, and tag-based note taking application. The concept is to allow creation of notebooks based on specific topics and further tag notes for easy retrieval and organization. The application will maintain a high aesthetic appeal.

I'm in need of a clean, highly organizational, and tag-based note taking application. One that you could easily create notebooks based on topics and within those notes tag them more specifically for easy location.

Such as a work topic notebook that has a note inside tagged as freelance, remote, tips, January 2019, etc.

I have searched around for note taking apps and none of them effectively do the things I want in a way that isn't ugly.
