Startup Idea: Employment Tracking Software for Production Companies

Startup idea to develop a software capable of tracking the work output and employee efficiency in a production company. Should afford employer the ability to monitor breaks, work completed within the hour, and concentration levels of employees.

I'm a full-time worker, but I also run a small production company. My aim is to grow my company before I can leave my job and start managing it.

I have a big problem with my employees' honesty. I find that most of the work take longer to complete than it should. I know this because I'm a trained professional in the field.

I would like to have a Software that tracks employee's work once they've signed into it. The software should work hand-in-hand with my work computers so as to record the time when an employee is working on the project.

If possible, the software should make it easy for me to know the concentration levels of my employees, the amount of work done within an hour, and the amount of breaks someone takes, even when he/she is logged in.
