Startup Idea: Custom Restaurant App Development

Startup idea to develop a custom app for restaurant owners to better facilitate communication with their customers, highlight restaurant offers, and integrate delivery services, creating efficiency and boosting their business.

I am an owner of a restaurant and although business is doing okay I would like to be able to create an app that would allow my customers to better utilize the restaurants offers.

I don't think I am able to communicate with them well enough If there was a software that could help me reach my customers in a more efficient manner that would be great also a delivery service like GrubHub would work.
