Startup Idea: Automation Software for Real Estate Social Media Content

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive software that automatically curates and schedules relevant content for real estate business social media posts. The software should manage peak times, relevant hashtags, and user customization.

In my real estate business I would love if there was software that would fully automate content related to my business on all social media sites.

I have used a program that will post for me but what I really want is for there to be software that loads up stock free images, news, articles, and videos related to my business.

Say I would just plug in all my social media user information and tell the system I want content to be loaded together and ready to post automatically about: real estate tips, lake norman news, real estate guides, architecture, design, charlotte real estate market etc. and posts would create themselves and every week.

I could skim through the potential content and delete or add as much as I want. Also there are peak times of social media use per day, per social media platform, I would love a system that would make sure to post during that time using the most relevant but popular hashtags

I have looked and can not find the perfect solution. Lumentus social finds articles that help but do not post without me prompting it, and Later will post if I load up the content but I want an all in one
