Startup Idea: Voice Recognition Software for Banking Industry

Startup idea to develop a voice recognition software tailored for the banking industry. The solution should be able to accurately verify a customer's identity based on their voice alone, aiding in security check processes and improving customer experience.

I'm currently working in the banking industry and the biggest issue I have is having to get people to fully verify themselves for security reasons. Currently, our software does not allow the user to input anything other than the last four digits of your social security number and to speak their name in order to verify themselves, but this is not enough, as we have to verify other information once we actually speak to the customer.

If there was some type of voice matching software that can be at least about 95% accurate, it would be very beneficial for our system to be able to fully verify people just based on their voice alone. I know there is some risk with this but there has to be a way to develop some type of voice recognition software that can almost completely accurately analyze someone's voice to some type of matching system.
