I work in purchasing and I have to track spending over monthly time periods. I also have to break down the expenses by department. Currently I have to manually export the data from our erp system to an excell spreadsheet in order to make the data into charts. It would be nice if the erp system would have the option to allow me to break down these expenses within the system and chart for me automatically

This would save me a great deal of time and tedious work.
