Startup idea to develop an intuitive software for reliable pre-conference hardware and connection testing. This solution will automatically check the readiness and availability of required tools, such as the camera, microphone, internet connection, and the device, for video conferencing. It will further provide detailed tutorials for issue resolution in case of any technical problems, all tailored to the specific device being used.

I work in the manufacturing field. The biggest problem I encounter is technical difficulties during video conference meetings.

I have daily meetings online with a variety of different people and my guests continually have some sort of technical difficulty, whether it's their audio, video, internet connection, or the device itself.

I think a great idea would be an automated systems check where people can click a button and each aspect of their video conference system, including their camera, mic, internet connection, and device could be scanned for any problems.

If there was a problem, then this software would give specific steps on how to solve it and each tutorial would be device specific.

I'd actually pay a lot, perhaps $50/week, for access to this sort of service.

I could send it to my guests prior to the online conference and each person could check out their system before logging into the meeting. It would solve a major problem, save time, and make my life a lot easier.
