Startup Idea: Universal County Criminal Record Search Software

Startup idea to develop a software that can simultaneously search multiple district court websites in Texas. The purpose is to simplify and enhance the process of verifying individuals' criminal history for security personnel, checking all counties' databases at once.

I am a sergeant in charge of multiple security officers who often encounter persons with criminal backgrounds. There are many counties in the state of Texas that have district court search websites available to the public. Normally, my officers would search nearby counties individually to see if the subject has a criminal history, but I would like software that would make it easier to search ALL Counties' websites simultaneously.
