Startup idea to develop a customizable software solution that tracks productivity and determines appropriate quality measures per different job titles in large-scale mortgage underwriting.

I work in a large financial institution doing underwriting for mortgages. Our team of approximately 300 are evaluated for productivity and quality. The current system does not properly assess our work accurately. Software could better track our productivity and determine what quality measures apply to each specific job title. Many quality measures do not apply to our job specific task.
