Startup Idea: Material Identification Software for 3D Architectural Design

Startup idea to develop a 3D architectural software akin to Revit, with enhanced material assignment features. It would allow architects to assign existing, commercially-produced materials to their designs, possibly including features to filter for local or sustainable businesses. Moreover, the software would provide cost estimation for the chosen materials.

I work in architecture, and what would be a software program that would really help us would be a program similar to Revit, where you could assign a material to something, and the program would allow you to choose a material that actually exists and is manufactured by a company. Maybe you could specifically choose local companies, or sustainable companies. It would also give you an estimated price based on the material chosen.
