Startup Idea: Automated Communication and Information Management System for Small Business

Startup idea to develop a software solution that enables efficient dissemination and storage of customer inquiries in a small-scale furniture business, preventing communication inefficiency and redundancies.

I run a furniture business with my father and a few employees. We receive information from customers that usually get sent to one of us. Sometimes the one who knows the answer doesn't get the info and then we have to go through a process to send off information to each other. I would like to have access to something that is able to send things to multiple individuals or even a software that can compile and save each call or message we get.
