Startup Idea: Desktop-Based No-Coding App Development Software

Startup idea to create a desktop-based, no-coding required software for app development. I am an app developer, I currently use online no-coding required online software to produce my apps, whilst they are very good, I would like to use software that is PC based.

I feel that a desktop / PC version of app making software would be very advantageous, although there are a few options out there, they do not have the ability to include advertisements, push notifications or in app-purchases, being totally reliant on cloud based software, has it's disadvantages, in the sense that most cloud based software requires either a monthly or annual fee, whereby if you cease paying the fee the apps that have been made with this software can no longer be updated or accessed.
