Startup Idea: Resource Management Software for Improved Computer Performance

Startup idea to develop a software that improves computer performance by intelligently allocating resources based on user's real-time needs. It could prioritize programs according to use, control CPU usage, and allow for individual page minimization within browsers to speed up connection and system efficiency.

I am self employed in clerical work and data entry. Often times, it seems that, even with up to date anti-virus software, using this computer for nothing but work, and having to keep several windows open at a time, my computer sure moves slow.

A great idea would be software which allocates resources as you direct it. If you need a faster connection speed, this software would allow it. If you were running slow because of intensive CPU usage, the software could detect it and run any non-vital software at bare minimum until you bring it back up-- basically minimizing resources used for any window that may be minimized, even within browsers by allowing individual pages you can't quite close to be minimized within the browser.
