Startup idea to create a subscription-based platform with thorough vetting, where mature individuals who work alone can connect with others via video chats to reduce their alone time. The platform should enable users to find others with similar interests.

After founding a PR agency that I later sold, I am now a lone eagle working online on a desktop from a home-based office. I am also on the very mature side of life. One of the biggest issues with working alone develops if you also live alone. You end up with far too much alone time. Facebook is fine. So is Reddit. But it's far from the same thing as being able to actually see and talk with someone. I went online and discovered there were many others in a similar situation. One person wondered why no one had created a site where, after being vetted thoroughly, one could log on and find people to talk with in video chats. That person suggested that it would be cool to be able to find a group of people that had similar interests and were also mature in age. This should be do-able and also be a subscription-based program. The vetting would be critical.
