Startup idea to develop an enhanced application to efficiently manage support tickets, specifically for issues related to computer hardware or software malfunctions within businesses. The solution will allow employees to submit tickets and technicians to view and diagnose the problems based on the submitted information.

An easier and better way to handle support tickets for malfunctions of computers, or anything else at the business, that are submitted by employees of the business. For instance, a program that could take tickets that are submitted by someone who might be having computer issues, the technicians would be able to see this ticket and would also be able to see any other information provided by the employee that could help the technician diagnose and fix it, whether it's a software or hardware problem on the computer. I don't know if that would be a hard task, but it would be nice to have some form of support ticket system as software, as we currently don't do that. I guess this could be described as some form of ticket database, really.
