Startup Idea: Real-time Commercial Delivery Tracking System

Startup idea to develop a software application that allows users to track the real-time location of commercial delivery trucks using a graphical map interface and GPS-enabled tracking devices.

I work in sales. One aspect of our company is delivery. We have commercial drivers, and usually everything runs smoothly, but there are hiccups. I would like a tracking device for each truck along with software that shows them on a map on my computer.
