Startup Idea: Employee Timesheet and Attendance Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software that records employee's punch in and punch out times and their frequency of calling out of work. This tool will help district managers in large retail chains make informed decisions when cutting jobs, based on employee commitment and reliability.

I am a district manager of a large retail chain. I would like software that records all of the employee's punch in and punch out times along with how often they call out of work. I have recently gotten orders to cut many jobs and I would like to base this on how many are not taking the job seriously. I would pay a fee for this software but also feel that it should be provided by my company.
