Startup Idea: Kindle Fire-Compatible Notebook Application Startup Idea

Startup idea to develop a Moleskine-esque notebook-type software specifically for older Amazon Kindle Fire HD devices and PCs. The software is for data input such as recipes and tables, intended for personal organization like a notebook or diary, excluding calendar/planner functions.

I'm looking for a personal solution which could be useful to the consumer market, what I would like is a notebook type software which Moleskein like options (markers, grid pages, customization) available for my amazon kindle fire HD device. Believe it or not this option is not available for older Fire devices yet the OS supports android like apps. This could also be a helpful option for PC users. Specifically I want to be able to key in data like recipes, or tables, for use in personal organization (NOT A PLANNER) I want a notebook/diary type option that doesn't fall into calendars etc.
