I am a front end retail specialist. When doing cash reconciliation in the morning, I have to organize paperwork and total up drawer variances. Our computer does not do this stuff automatically, although it could print out an already filled out checklist With all drawer and safe variances listed, as well as the deposit slip number on the sheet.

It would also be beneficial to organize all of this data and return slips into a program, as we often are very disorganized and it becomes hard to look up records. An ideal program would allow us to scan all reciepts and necessary paperwork for the day into a pdf file, and allow us to search through our records so we could pull up necessary information if a problem arises.
