Startup Idea: Management Solution For Used Mobile Sales Business

Startup idea to develop a tool that simplifies the process of managing meetings, payments, and messages for a personal buyer/seller running an online used mobile device business. The tool would also provide basic analytics for monitoring financial performance.

I am a personal buyer/seller for an online web interface that sells used mobile devices. During the early growth phase several customers were highly pleased with their products, and word continued to spread to the point where I was buying/selling 10 phones per week.

Unfortunately, due to the disorganized nature of the early phase I am finding difficult to set up meetings with each individual and insure steady payment.

The ideal solution to this problem would be a single place to view and manage all our meetings and payments. A basic tool would be a start, but it would be even more useful if the tool could somehow control the actual spending and I could assign different times to different people depending on incoming texts.

Of course basic analytics would be very helpful so that I could keep a close eye on our overall monthly and yearly income. It would also be helpful if it could keep track of texts.
