Startup Idea: Garage Door Opener with Integrated Carbon Monoxide Detector

Startup idea to develop a garage door opener that is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector. If the detector senses high levels of carbon monoxide, the garage door opener is triggered to automatically open, potentially preventing exhaust leak-related injuries.

I work in the automotive industry as a technician. We utilize exhaust hoses when we have to have the vehicles running indoors. On the rare occasion that an exhaust leak occurs, it sometimes is far too late to do anything about it and the technicians suffer side affects. My idea is to make a garage door opener that also has a carbon monoxide detector on it, if levels get too high the garage door will automatically open preventing many exhaust leak related injuries.
