Startup Idea: Volunteer Management Software Development

Startup idea to develop a volunteer management software that tracks inquiries, time spent volunteering, and sends automated emails to inactive volunteers.

I'd really appreciate some volunteer management software. Something to alert me to their inquiries, track the amount of time they've volunteered, email those who haven't been around in awhile, etc.
