Startup Idea: Integrated Transportation Data Management System

Startup idea to develop an integrated data management software that allows merging of multiple datamarts from a transportation platform, streamlining the reporting process by creating a single report with all the needed information.

I am a system administrator for one of our customers in the transportation industry. My job is to oversee our transportation platform and look for opportunities for improvement. I currently work with our webfocus (BI) tool which contains my datamarts worth of data. Unfortunately we cannot cross these datamarts which makes reporting very difficult. I have to create multiple reports and merge them together since not one datamart contains all the information by itself.

The ideal solution would be to merge all the data together so only one report is needed to pull all the data.
