Startup Idea: Meat Cooking Method Application

Summary for idea #926
Startup idea to develop an application that provides detailed cooking times and methods for various types of meat. The user interior picks the animal and the piece of meat from a drop-down menu, following which they can choose from a variety of cooking methods from around the world. The app then provides the necessary preparation instructions including cooking time and temperature without diving into seasoning or recipe specifics.

I am a home cook who enjoys cooking both American and Mexican cuisine. I have used different cooking websites to help me try new recipes, most of the popular ones. It is often very hard to find general cooking times for the meats I search in the way I want to cook the meat.
For example: You might want to make a ribeye and the only instructions are for stove top/oven and grill. What if I want to make it in a pressure cooker or broiled style? I always have to search online for the cooking method I would like to use and it is so hard for me to dig through blogs or recipes to see if they mention the cooking method. Often cooking charts have 3 or 4 different different ways to cook a piece of meat, but piece of meat might be cooked very differently in other cultures that is not listed. I would love software or an app that truly gave most of the possible ways to cook different pieces of meat and I mean all meat, not just chicken, pork and beef! I also want cooking methods for organ meat, etc. My dream software would let you pick the animal first from a drop down menu, then the piece of meat because I hate that most cooking apps and charts make you scroll through a long list of info to find what you need. They list things in long charts that you can get lost in if you follow the wrong entry. After picking the meat you should be able to pick from MANY different cooking methods from all over the world. Then it should tell you any prep instructions along with the cooking method time and temperature requirements, etc. It doesn't need to be a recipe guide that tells me how to season food, that would be extra info. I only want to know how long (time) to cook the specific piece of meat and to what temperture!. Yes, I try using cooking charts, but they are very limited in their info and also they can be slow to find info. The more info they have of course the longer time it takes to skim or find the proper app menu. It's like a large tree and if you end up at the end of a wrong branch you have to work your way back.
