Startup Idea: Team Collaboration and Task Assignment Tool

Startup idea to develop a software solution much like Slack for enhancing team collaboration and task assignment within an advertising agency environment, ideal for real time monitoring and tracking of tasks.

I work as an analyst for an advertising agency which currently has 40 members. I find it incredibly difficult to keep track of what all our colleagues are doing at the same time. I would like a service like Slack that allows communication between members and the ability to create tasks to send in real time to other team members.
