Startup Idea: Integrated Contract Management and Collaboration Software

Startup idea to develop a software application that seamlessly integrates contract details with specific service details, as well as contact management. The software should facilitate remote collaboration on contracts between team members in a multinational company.

I am the Director of Sales for a company of over 1500 employees around the world. I focus on contact management as well as utilizing leads to make sales via BEO (Contracts for Services). Here lately we have been unable to put the most effective information in these contracts because our services offered aren't integrated into our current software. Contacts are managed in a separate application.

I have been unable to improve this communication between the sales team and other teams that provide the services. Our contracts are limited in information. We can't integrate contract details and specific services because they are not in the same application.

I feel as though the best solution would be a software application that can allow us to merge the services into the contract software. Managing contacts would be easier if that was integrated as well. This software would be ideal if all team members could offer notes and collaborate on contracts remotely. I would pay for this in a heartbeat. Yes I have. Contract Management Software. Contacts and Services management application. Right now we are still using the system we have been using for some time.
