Startup Idea: Mobile Screen and Voice Recording Application

Startup idea to develop a mobile application that can simultaneously record both screen and voice. The idea is inspired by the challenge of post-recording voice-overs for screen recorded videos, particularly influential for Youtube creators and similar roles.

So, I have a youtube channel where I post videos quite frequently. I normally have to record my screen then do a voice over of the video after the fact which is a pain in the you know what. I know I am not the only person who would benefit from this but if there is software or an app that could be designed to both record an iphone/android screen as well as record voice at the same time that would be awesome. This is offered in a vast variety of ways for laptop/desktop applications but not on mobile devices. Thanks!. I have searched the app store and google vastly with no results. Screen/voice recording apps. I do a screen recording then add voice over it at a later time.
