Startup Idea: Community Outreach Scheduling Software

Startup idea to develop a software that allows employees to submit their calendars to a central platform. The software should be able to combine these calendars in order to reveal the best times for meetings, programs, and trainings, taking into account fixed events and facilitating efficient planning of community outreach initiatives.

I oversee community outreach for my business. All employees must complete a certain amount of hours.

Additionally, all employees are required to attend a certain amount of trainings each year that I oversee.

I plan all these things, but the problem is that there are so many employees it is hard to plan events that everyone can attend.

I wish there was a software that would allow everyone to submit their calendars to me and then the software would combine those calendars.

This would reveal the best times to have meetings, schedule programs, and conduct training.

We have one meeting a month that everyone must attend on the third Thursday, but sometimes there is a need to have other time set aside so a software that would figure that out would be great.
