Startup Idea: Condominium Management Software

Startup idea to develop a Condo Fee Management System. A software that allows entry of residents' details and monthly fees, tracking of payments, supports traditional and modern payment methods and aids in efficient administrative management.

I live in a condo. We are 8 different buildings with 8 apartments in each. We are still doing the fee management with excel templates. It would be easier if there was an app that you could enter all residents with their different monthly fees and track everyone. Most people give their monthly fees in advance in the form of checks but some have started to suggest being able to pay with a monthly credit card payment. It would be nice to have a software that helps the manager of the condo.
