Startup Idea: Automated Real Estate Information Gathering Software

Startup idea to develop a software that automates the process of gathering verified competitive data in real estate business. The software should be able to contact multiple brokers, keep track of the responses and compile a database of sales prices, leasing information and more from different buildings making the data collection process easier for appraisers.

Commercial Real Estate, specifically on the appraisal side.

• What is a big pain point in your daily work that is not yet solved by software?

We have to gather VERIFIED competitive data (sales prices/leasing information/etc.) about different buildings from market brokers. Getting confirmation from them is a huge pain point in the appraiser's life because it's difficult to track down/get hold of these brokers.

Would you pay for software to solve this?

Yes I would pay for some software that makes this easier.

I would save a lot of time getting hold of brokers. The software would contain verified information and would have a vast database to choose building competitors information from.
