Startup Idea: Comic Character Creation and Posing Software

Startup idea to develop a program that allows easy creation and posing of royalty free comic book characters. The software would enable users to draw or paint over these characters on a tablet, thus facilitating comic book layouts or art creation without the need for extensive thumbnail sketching.

I'd really love for a system that would make it incredibly simple to create comic book characters in a royalty free format so I can draw and/or paint over them on a tablet. There is currently no way of posing characters in a way that I can easily create comic book layouts or art with other than doing hundreds of thumbnail sketches. It would be a real time saver for me to meet deadlines.
