Startup Idea: Handheld Invoice Review & Approval System

Startup idea to develop a device-based software solution for instant invoice review, approval, and submission. Aimed to expedite the process, eliminate paperwork, improve efficiency in the accounting sector of a building supply chain, and ensure quick payment to vendors.

I work in an Accounting office for a building supply chain. A big problem we have is waiting for managers to print out invoices we send to them, review them, approve them, and then fax back to us in a timely manner. It would be great for them to have a hand held device which they could take on the jobsite, quickly review, electronically sign, and hit send. We would definitely pay money! That device would solve the paper trail going back and forth and also save a ton of time and get get vendors paid quicker.
