Startup Idea: Data Transfer Monitoring and Auditing System

Startup idea to develop a data transfer solution which can record and provide information about who has accessed specific data and at what time. This is for the purpose of financial audits and to provide better control and accountability over massive data transfers.

Concerning data transfer: I transfer TB's of data all over the world and often clients don't want to wait for snail mail so I use FTP, or box.com. Neither option tells me which client accessed the data. My current solutions only tell me that the data was accessed not WHO accessed the data. It would be helpful to be able to record who accessed their data and when for financial auditors.
