Startup Idea: Software for Efficient Artifact Cataloging for Museums

Startup idea to develop a flexible software to screen and upload artifact information onto museum's online database, improving overall research collection management and public accessibility.

I work in a small Museum setting. I work with artifacts - especially looking through and uploading their information onto our online database.

As we continue to add artifacts to the online repository we have come to the conclusion that we do not have a good system by which to screen through the artifacts and a way to do this would be immensely beneficial.

The software would need to be something relatively flexible to work with different systems so that it could translate to other research collections as well.

Yes I would pay for this software.

If the software worked well it would not only save time but make the information we have publicly available more accessible to everyone.
