Startup Idea: Cloud-Based ISO Certification Management System

Startup idea to create a secure cloud-based system to automate the attaching of necessary ISO certification paperwork to purchase orders. Vendors could easily submit their certifications which would automatically append to the relevant purchase order in the EPR system.

I work in purchasing in an ISO setting. At times it is difficult to keep track of the certification paperwork that must be attached to each purchase order in the epr system. This can be done but it is very tedious work and involves multiple attachments within the system. It would best to have a cloud network similar to file sharing that would allow vendors to submit the certification and automatically attach the file to the purchase order.

I am not sure how this would be obtaining it would need to be secure and limited access to the vendors in insure credibility for ISO standards. Yes but nothing fits the model I would prefer. I searched for cloud information management sevice.
