Startup Idea: Startup Idea for an Integrated Time and Billing Software

Startup idea to develop an integrated, real-time time and billing cloud application targeted at small business owners. The application should track personnel ID, bill-rate, outcome, and deliverables while also functioning as a de-facto time-keeper app. The software would greatly reduce the time and effort spent on manual data entry, ensuring more efficient and accurate billing and payment processes.

I am the owner of a small business and hire contractors for short-term work assignments.

I pay for a minimum of 4-business days at a certain negotiated rate to extended periods of time up to 12 months.

During billing and payment I use multiple software packages to track time and bill-rate as well as outcome and deliverables for my clients.

As my contractors are in the US and sometimes India or the EU, I have to figure out how to stay in touch real-time as work hours are entered and completed.

Short of waking up every 4 hours around the clock and manually entering data, I need a real-time, time and billing cloud application that tracks personnel ID and bill-rate while acting as a de-facto time-keeper app.

I have Kronos and other billing apps but nothing is integrated, so I spend 2-3 hours daily on ensuring my team bills and gets paid correctly and timely. Any thoughts? thank you...
