Startup Idea: Event Management Data Analysis and Reporting Tool
I am an even planner that runs various evening events for the community. Part of my job is to provide supplies and food for the guests, and any volunteer help we get, but I am not allowed to require pre-registration.
I deal with location owners, guests, staff, and sponsors. I'm thinking i need a software elements that can take and read all data from my messages sent to me through any digital technologies/apps. and make an easy to interpret graph/list of all material and communication sent to me in a way that is not only checkable by me, but something i can send to my superiors to confirm my events have been implemented as intended. In the past, we tried using a page where location representative could add the information I needed, but between different liaisons I was dealing with, the accuracy of what they were providing was inconsistent. I'd look for an AI or software that could automatically look at what Ive collected and present something I could edit as needed.
