We have a small shop of native and imported products ,10 employees were available because we accepted lay away plan of the bigger items and also we offer installment basis that will be paid daily,weekly ,every 15th or momthly,so we have so many records to be filed and repeated records of different clients payments,also we inventoried weekly for the consumption of our customer,so we encountered a human error by repeating the payments and swapping the name,so we hired an expert for these problem and he visited us and installing us the Microsoft excel spreadsheet for all our records and it was successfully done ,the expenses for the installing giving us a thorough satisfaction for our job well done and worries free. Yes by asking help from an expert and they installed a spreadsheet for all our records and all well done.
