Startup Idea: Vendor Verification and Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software program that enables small online shop owners to verify, identify, categorize, and manage quality vendors. Features could include vendor tracking, inventory analyses, contact information, a feedback-based rating system, and the ability to import data from the software to another program.

I have a small online shop and market mostly on Instagram and Facebook. Recently I have received offers for vendor lists for a new niche in the beauty category. One of the offers was for a list of "quality" vendors of beauty supplies, items that are trending right now. I have no way to verify these claims. There should be a way to vet vendors and their products without resorting to buying a random list. A software program that allows me to identify and categorize quality items sold by each reputable vendor would be great (along with links to their website). A way to download or import the list into another program. Even a way to compose a scripted email to vendors, which I can copy and paste into my program of choice.

It would be helpful if it would track these businesses, display how long they have been in operation, their inventory, and contact information. A rating system based on buyer feedback would also be really helpful.
