Startup Idea: Task Management Solution for Manufacturing Companies

Startup idea to create a software solution that aids in documenting and quickly retrieving solutions to routine problems within a manufacturing company. This should include features for understanding who's responsible for what task and their typical solutions to avoid production slowdowns during absences.

I have been working for a manufacturing company for five years as a mid-level supervisor. The company has been in operation for approximately 12 years. The problem I have is when upper-level supervisors and some line employees go on vacation we do not know their solutions to everyday regularly occurring problems.

I am looking for a solution where I can locate a person's position and possible solution to a problem they have already faced. For example, who to call when materials have not been delivered on time. Or warning signs for when the production line will overheat and possible solutions to bring the temperature down quickly.
