Startup Idea: Secure Communication Tool for Youth Organizations

Startup idea to create a secure communication tool and a low-cost device for easy communication between youth and mentors in organizations like Big Brother Big Sister. The platform ensures safety by saving the communication and sharing capability with other staff and parents.

I work with a lot of youth organizations - from Big Brother Big Sister to Youth Ministry. A large part of these organizations is forming a connection and a "safe place" for you and your youth member to really connect outside of the once per week/month that we end up seeing each other. A lot of these kids are younger and parents don't allow/want their children on social media or with Cell Phones.

Something that would be nice - would be a safe and secure chat/communication tool that not only could be placed on iPads/computers/phones/etc but the development of a small device that is affordable enough for companies to provide the device to the kids. This service would provide an area that saves the communication and allows the adult to save/share the chat with other youth ministers/ BBBS Staff / Parents. Other tools exist for general text chat, but I haven't found anything that would only allow the communication between each other or the group.
