Startup Idea: Auto WIFI Reconnect Software for Mac OSX

Startup idea to develop a software that detects when Wi-Fi is not functioning properly on Mac OSX, even though it appears connected, and automatically disconnects and reconnects the Wi-Fi connection. Aimed to ease the network diagnostics for Mac users eliminating the need of manual interference.

I work in the IT industry doing network diagnostics.

Mac OSX has a problem where Wi-Fi will retain connection signal (visible in the upper status bar), yet the Wi-Fi will not load any browser pages or operate properly until the individual manually disconnects from Wi-Fi and reconnects to it. This affects many mac users, this is apparent online with various complaints; however, there hasn't been any software developed as a solution to this problem. Current solutions involve writing code / changing scripts in Terminal, which are often too complex or seemingly difficult for the typical Macintosh user.

Software which eliminates this problem, or at least eliminates the need to manually disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi by automatically doing it, would be resourceful to many. I would be willing to pay $20 for this software.
